Our Story
Built From the Ground Up
Industrial Roofers was founded in the late 1990s by a team of trade-qualified roofers who saw a gap in the market for a contractor that could handle the scale and complexity of industrial and commercial projects — not just residential work dressed up as commercial.
From a single crew working out of Western Sydney, we've grown into one of the region's most trusted names for factory re-roofs, warehouse asbestos replacements, and large-scale Colorbond installations. Every job is still run by experienced tradespeople, not subcontractors.
How We Work
We're not a volume business. We take on the jobs we can do properly, staff them with our own people, and stand behind the result.
Own Workforce
All work is carried out by our directly employed tradespeople — no labour-hire, no subcontracting the hard parts out.
Site Safety First
Full WHS compliance on every site. For asbestos work, we hold Class A and Class B licences and follow SafeWork NSW protocols to the letter.
Minimal Disruption
Industrial facilities run 24/7. We plan around your operations — staged works, overnight shifts, and clear daily handover.
Transparent Quoting
Every quote is itemised. No hidden variations, no scope creep. If something changes on site, we tell you before we proceed.
Licences & Certifications
We hold every licence required to carry out commercial and industrial roofing work in NSW, including Class A asbestos removal.
NSW Contractor Licence
Fully licensed roofing contractor under the NSW Fair Trading Act. Licence number available on request.
Class A Asbestos Removal
SafeWork NSW Class A licence — the highest level of asbestos removal certification, covering all friable and non-friable asbestos.
Public Liability Insurance
$20 million public liability cover. Certificates of currency provided with every quote.
Colorbond Accredited
Accredited installer of BlueScope Colorbond steel roofing products across the full product range.
